We went to see Santa

We watched 2 of our grandkids tonight, my daughter and her husband were having dinner with friends. Our plan was to have a quick bite for dinner and go and see Enchanted. But instead we had dinner at Sonic and went to the Mall to see Santa. Emily-8 sat on Santa's lap so I could have a picture to scrapbook. Tucker-4, however refused to to go anywhere near santa. We also went to the book store and I bought them a book each. The kids decided they would rather go home and watch a dvd. So I'm going to have to find someone else to watch the movie with.

I love reading blogs. I read several everyday. I check them several times a day to see if anyone has posted a comment. I am finding that posting to a blog is not as easy as it seems. So much to say and so many pictures to post. but where to start. And how... I struggle with the whole blog thing.



Today my husband and I wrapped packages, for his daughters and their family's they live in CA. I hope they get them in time for Christmas. We are sending cards with money next day. But the Christmas ornaments and a few small toys will go snail mail.



We also went for a ATV ride today. Just a few miles on the canal road, it was so cold. I felt like my face was freezing. We bought a Polaris 2 up a year ago. I guess that's what you call it. It is made for two people. My husband- Gary insist I drive part of the way on each trip. I really enjoy just looking around while he drives. I can't wait until the weather warms up, I love to go on rides with my family.
